Vedicurja products are sold and shipped by UMP Overseas, Ghaziabad. We currently ship across India.
1. Order Processing
- In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you and dispatch it as soon as it is available, or cancel and refund it at your request.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your pin code and our courier partner. Courier partners usually deliver Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 7 pm. Remote areas may take longer.
3. Shipping Charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies only when it is clearly mentioned in an offer or at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery may be available for eligible pin codes and order values; availability is shown at checkout. A cash-on-delivery fee, if any, is shown before you place the order.
5. Address and Contact Details
Please enter your complete address, correct pin code and an active mobile number. We and our courier partners may call you to confirm your order or delivery. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.
7. Delays
Delivery may sometimes be delayed by reasons beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, natural events, festivals, or courier or government restrictions. We will help you track your order in such cases.
8. Undelivered or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the customer was unreachable, or delivery was refused, we will contact you. Prepaid orders may be re-shipped on payment of the shipping charge again, or refunded after deducting shipping costs.
9. Damaged Packages
If the outer package looks tampered with or damaged at delivery, please refuse it or record a video while opening it, and inform us within 5 days as explained in our Refund Policy.
